Learning outcomes: The controller will be able to apply the process of self-reflection using such methods as video analysis, diaries and mentoring, and will apply the process to improve his or her performance as a controller.   9. Controller’s reports Rule 32.2 No more than 6 weeks after the event the Orienteering Australia Controller shall send a report to the Orienteering Australia appointing body. C2 course, Unit 6, Self-reflection

  10. Handling criticism You can never please all of the people all of the time. Communication skills are fundamental. Criticism/conflict can be with: • Event officials • Competitors • Others (spectators, landowners etc.) Learn from situations C2 course, Unit 6, Self-reflection
