First Steps
  • Open the PowerPoint that you want to insert.
  • Put in transitions between slides. 
  • Don't put a transition on the last slide.

  • On the last slide, you should insert an action button.
  • You do this by
    • going to "slide show"
    • selecting "action button" Draw it like you draw anything -- click and drag the cursor to the size and shape you want it.

  • After you draw the action button, the dialog box at the right will appear.
  • Change the Hyperlink to URL and type in your Home Page address. (or the page that you want to direct them to at the end of the show)

  • Click on “File” and select “Save As” it will bring up this dialog box:

Change the save as type setting to “Power Point Show”

return or open frontpage
Return or Open FrontPage
  • go to File and Import
  • Click on “Add File”
  • Find the PowerPoint saved as a pps and import by clicking OK

  • Attach the PowerPoint file to the page you want by dragging it from the Folder List to the page that you want. Or hyperlink to it from a picture, text, or icon.
