  1. Police Disability Since 1988, the law firm of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., has been representing members of the Nassau County Police Benevolent Association in medical and legal matters, as well as officers from various other law enforcement and first responder organizations throughout the downstate area. We have counseled hundreds of police officers not only from Nassau County, but also from other counties, villages, and New York City. We have successfully represented thousands of uniformed and civilian members of the New York State and New York City Retirement Systems. We have saved many clients countless hours of needless aggravation by objectively analyzing their potential claims and giving them the benefit of our years of experience, and when necessary, letting them know when there is no viable claim. By the same token, we have handled and been successful on many cases that other attorneys turned down, because they were thought to be “too tough” or “difficult to prove.” Many of our clients have successfully obtained their pensions, Worker's Compensation, and Social Security Disability. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
