  2. What is NIR SIG? • A session that discuss about NIR related issues and activities • Major topics of the SIG • introduction of OPMs • introduction of projects and activities • Fee issues related to NIRs = a hot topic lately

  4. JPNIC Update • Meetings • OPMs(July & Dec), OPM Showcase(Collaboration with JANOG), OPM BoF • Projects • Preparation for IPv4 Exhaustion • LIR Survey • Notable Services • Official JPIRR service launched • Resource Certificate Trial Service

  7. Fee Review • Issues raised • NIR and NIR members should be treated as one body • Fee raise should be gradual • Voting should be discussed in conjunction • Comments from the floor • More specific proposal will help the discussions • Alternative method of charging suggested as an idea
