D Data Accuracy A T A Extremely important that schools check each student’s information in the Online Data Verification System during the roster phase this spring (about 6 weeks to do this). Changes or additions to ODVS need to also be reflected in Infinite Campus. K Six-Day Testing Schedule C C T • SB 1 mandates no more than six days of regular testing be scheduled for the 2011 KCCT. • Six-day schedule is a school schedule, not a grade by grade schedule. • Any day a regular test session is scheduled is considered a test day, no matter how long or short a session you have scheduled. You cannot count the test days as ½ day on Tuesday and another ½ day on Wednesday. OAA:DSR:2/14/2011

K Six-Day Testing Schedule C C T Be aware of need for accommodations as you create the school test schedule. It is important to schedule start times of sessions to allow time between sessions for extended time. The recommended time should be adequate for nearly all students. Extended time was never expected to be used for all students. It was intended only for those few who do not get finished in the general population and, of course, for those with accommodations in an IEP, 504 Plan, or PSP. Make arrangements for students who need extended time to have a place to complete the test, so that other students can go back to instructional activities. It is important that students become accustomed to timed tests because of the NRT. OAA:DSR:2/14/2011

K SDRR & the KCCT C C T SDRR is being used only to indicate Medical or Other Exemption Requests for the Kentucky Core Content Test (KCCT). SDRR replaces paper forms that were faxed to KDE. DACs and staff with district-level access will be able to see information about all schools, while school-level users will only see their own school’s information.
