Aims/Objectives: To computerize • 1)Students’ Registration process. • 2)Result Declaration process. • 3)Students’ Financial Record system. • For Users (Students, Faculties, etc.) [1] Ease in accessibility. [2] Time reduction in formal activities. [3] Graphical representation of result. • For Data Entry Personnel and administrator [1] Work Load will decrease. [2] Work Efficiency will increase. [3] Easy availability of profile and contact details of students. [4] Category-wise , income-wise, blood group-wise, hostel-wise students analysis. [5] Transparency of Financial records. [6] Transparency of Students’ marks, attendance and grades. PROJECT OVERVIEW

ACCESS LEVELS • Admin: can access each and everything which is available on system (like Filling course-Details data, Manage user A/c, Filling the Fees structure). • Dean: can Grant or Revoke permission for adding result and details to faculty and also access reports. • Faculty: can access students’ course-records corresponding to their batches. • Finance: can access all students’ fee report and fee status also add and modify any fee details. • Student: can access the Registration-records corresponding to their batch only.

  4. ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES • The following privileges are granted when logged in as an administrator (for academic section): • New course registration • New faculty registration • Course faculty allocation • New batch registration • Course Coordinator registration (batch wise) • View student Profile , Registration Details, Students’ Results, Financial Details, Feedback for the subjects. • Generation of reports (category-wise, income-wise, blood group wise,….etc)

  5. ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES (contd.) • Change his/her password as well as add a new admin user (with the same privileges) • Add a new faculty user • Lock\Unlock registration for any particular batch • View offered courses list (with faculty) • Login Analysis- Users’ login tracking • Batch wise Profile Analysis of students (can view details of students relevant to the institute)

DEAN PRIVILEGES • A Dean is having all admin privileges along with all academic privileges like • Allocation of courses to faculties • Grant - Revoke result/ attendance/ details permission and deadline to respective subject. • View result submission status. • Generate logs of result/ attendance/ details submission.

  7. FACULTY PRIVILEGES • View the course status of the session- list of students who have registered for their respective subjects in the current semester (regular as well as backlog registration). • Can accept or reject registration of students for backlog courses in their respective subjects for the semester. • Upload the study material (Auto mail generation for the study material). • Add the results of students and analysis. • Can view number of courses allotted for the faculty • Course coordinator privileges- can view the students registered from the batch

STUDENT PRIVILEGES • Profile Registration • Modify profile • Semester registration • Modify semester registration (till online registration is open) • View offered courses during the session (with respective faculties) • Download the study material • Fill the feedback corresponding to his/her registration details • View his/her result and attendance.

  9. FINANCE PRIVILEGES • All Student profile view • Add the financial details of students. • Generate reports of the records. • Modify the financial details of any student as there needs. • Student Fee status and reports.
