  2. The K.G.B. HQ The headquarters for the K.G.B. is the Lubyanka located in Moscow Russia. -Created in 1898

  3. The Creation of the K.G.B. The KGB was created in 1954 it was the sword and shield of the Communist Party. The KGB was originally made to be a state security committee attached to the council of ministers, however it was the most independent part in the soviet union. The KGB was to be closely controlled by the seniors of the Communist Party officials. The KGB is divided into 20 sections. the most important directories are the foreign intelligence, Domestic Counter intelligence, and Technical intelligence. It was largest spy and state security machine, and it was involved in all aspects of life of the everyday soviet union civilian.

KGB’s Main Duties • Assistance in governing the Soviet Union- The KGB had a vast amount of power in government affairs. • Suppression of internal resistance- The KGB was responsible for silencing and internal dismays. • Protecting leaders - National leaders were protected and the information about them was held by the KGB. • Ensuring economic efficiency- The KGB silenced greedy workers and strikes. • Criminal investigations- The KGB investigated many crimes, especially the ones by foreigners and people against the government. • Enforcing morals - Dealing with the people that deviated from the Soviet ideology was another task the KGB handled. • Punishment- The KGB overlooked the punishment of political criminals and detainees. - Propaganda - The KGB had complete control over the information that was made public.

  5. Secret Projects Multiple sources have figured out that the shooter entered the U.S. with fake credentials created by the K.G.B. On of the biggest projects that the K.G.B. is blamed for was the assassination of John F. Kennedy, our 35th president.

  6. Another K.G.B. Project The project involved soviet newspapers stating that AIDS and HIV were created by the U.S. for chemical warfare. -Another project involving the K.G.B. is operationInfextion. -This Operation was confirmed by Soviet Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov.

  7. K.G.B. Conspiracies The K.G.B. are known in many conspiracies since their existence. One of the conspiracies is that the soviet union looked for public mistakes that the U.S. made and tried to publicize them and spread them across everyone. This allowed for people to second guess the U.S. and to create rage and anger against the U.S. This helped the K.G.B. grow stronger and create more enemies for the U.S.

  8. Secret Weapons The K.G.B. are known for their variety and range of secret weapons to spy and kill their foes. Most of them were kept a secret until recently and were mostly used to kill a victim in discreet ways.

  9. Examples of secret weapons -Both of these gadgets include characteristics of a gun. -Both of them shoot bullets which allows for an easier assassination.

  10. Camera Gadgets This gadget was mostly used in jackets and was a secret camera that looked like the coat’s button. This gadget is a pen that has a hidden camera for easy access and use.

  11. Other Gadgets This device is a case that allows for easy transportation of guns. This device was hidden by tree areas and is a device used to record and transmit sound. The cut tree was used as the top to cover the device..

  12. accomplishments The biggest and dangerous accomplishment is the theft of the american Atom Bomb secrets was the KGB’s greatest accomplishment. till this day the main member of the coup an american scientistcodenamed Percy has not been identified and lives freely.

  13. The K.G.B. Now The K.G.B. was no longer continued after the Soviet Union divided itself in 1991. Russia had to find another way to enforce security which lead to the creation of the FSB-which stands for the federal security service.
