Management • Steering group: lifetime 1 year … i.e. for scoping study • Based on WDS Steering Group and MICE experience • 3 representatives per region: • EU, Jp, UK, US • SG charged with: • Setting up working groups • Defining milestones • Organising plenary meetings to monitor progress • Steering group chair: • Appointed by SG from its members • Appointed by CCLRC/PPARC • International advisory committee • Advice to SG and to customers (CCLRC, PPARC etc.)

  2. Management: • Working groups: • Essentially defined through consultations that lead to proposal; • Likely to include at top level: • Phenomenology/performance • Machine • Detector • Plenary meetings: • First (US): Greg Lowe (prioritised) table • Second (Jp): Review of options • Third (UK): Specification of options to be taken forward for further study
