  3. Now a days, people hangout on social media and it’s the best opportunity for business or brand to identify those platforms where their customers are and interact with them. Definitely this is not one way, and this is the biggest advantage for business. Honestly speaking, no matter if you are in B2B or B2C, you must be on social media. Yeah! That’s my personal experience.

  4. There are 3.4 billions active social media users across the world and most of them are mobile users. Shocked? Don’t be… How many social media platforms do you use? How active are you? Yes! You got the answer right Did You Know?

  5. How does social media help your business? • It’s basically a human face to your business. People don’t want to interact with machines, they look for human touch. It’s as simple as that. So decide what face you want to show to you customers. • It is the best way to maintain strong relationship with your customers • Getting your business on social media is cost effective as compared to other medium • Share whatever you want with your customers. You have the best platform to build your credibility. • Word of mouth will work always for any business no matter what and this is digital word or mouth

Don’t believe me, see these stats: • 1 billion people are using Instagram on a monthly basis. • 250 million people use Pinterest every month. • Snapchat has 300 million active monthly users. • Twitter has more than 326 million monthly active users. • LinkedIn now has 562 million members 7. You can reach to your in depth target audience through social media. Suppose your audience is only women between age 18-45 in India. Yes! It’s possible to reach only to them through social media.

People don’t prefer to wait on call for long time for customer service, yes so they would prefer to interact with business on social media because they are already spending their free time here. 9. Social media helps generate leads for your business too. Shocked? Don’t be! Yes, you can generate leads for your business when they are just spending their free time on social media. 10. Your brand will not only reach to every home through social media, it will reach to every person of that home too. 11. This will also help you increase your website traffic.
