  1. Migration to Gmail Module 1: Saving your address book

  2. *Click to open Outlook Express (‘click’ means ‘left click’)

  3. *Click on “addresses”

  4. *On the left, select the contacts you wish to save *Click on “file”

  5. *Click on “Export” > “Other Address Book”

  6. *Select (click) “Text File (Comma Separated Values)” then Click on “Export”

  7. *Input the file name (include the date) and Click “Browse”

  8. *Choose where to ‘Save’ from drop down menu then click “Save”

  9. *Check/uncheck items for your list, then click “Finish”

  10. Observe your OE Address Book CSV File

  11. Now is a good time to ‘edit’ your email address file. • Double click to open the file, then delete records (addresses) you don’t want, then click “File” and “Save as” but give the file a different name or an ‘addendum”.
