Organization chart • An organization chart uses a series of boxes connected with one or more lines to graphically represent the organization’s structure. • Each box represent a position within the organization, and each line indicates the nature of the relationships among the different position. Organization chart • It show the structure of the organization specially the title of each manager’s position and by means of connecting lines, who is accountable to whom and who is in charge of what department. • Provides and overall picture of how the entire organizations fits together.
