  5. content • include all the prompts given • develop the prompts within the word limit • relevant information • no irrelevant information • factual data (not general) • do not go under the bottom limit of words

  6. communicative value • 1st part: the purpose of writing, e.g. WHO is writing, TO WHOM and WHY sb is writing → creates an appropriate effect on the reader (3 points) • 2nd part: correct form for the task, organized in the way typical for that form (formal letter, e-mail, report, article)

  7. register & vocabulary • use formal words – be polite • diverse vocabulary • correct collocations • no contracted forms

  8. grammatical accuracy • use appropriate tenses • use complex sentences • use appropriate linking devices • spell the words correctly • form the sentences correctly

  9. SPOROČILNOST • ocenjuje se funkcionalna pismenost: • KDO piše (socialni položaj) • KOMU piše (pozna soc. prejemnika, družbena hierarhija) • ZAKAJ piše (poda oceno dejanskega stanja in napiše priporočilo)

  10. drugi del kriterija sporočilnosti • pravilna oblika: npr.: REPORT ON .... podnaslovi ali vsaj odstavki RECOMMENDATION/ OPINION

  11. KJE NAJDEM SPOROČILNOST V IZTOČNICI? Prvi del iztočnice, ki mi pove, KDO sem (npr. tuj študent), KOMU pišem (npr. organizatorju poletnega tabora) in S KAKŠNIM NAMENOM (podati oceno izvedbe tabora in predlagati spremembe pri organizaciji)

  12. VSEBINA • Preverja se zmožnost pisnega izražanja o določeni temi. • Ocenjuje se, KAJ kandidat pove o temi, KAKO razvija vsebino in KAKO jo podkrepi. • Relevantne, konkretne informacije

  13. KJE NAJDEM VSEBINO V IZTOČNICI? • Drugi del iztočnice v obliki “bullet points”, npr.: - accommodation - food - activities ali vprašalnika, tabele, itd.

  14. BESEDIŠČE IN REGISTER • Zaradi različnega socialnega položaja pisca in prejemnika je ustrezen formalen, vljuden slog pisanja, brez okrajšanih oblik in pogovornih izrazov. • Upošteva se raznolikost besedišča in pravilne rabe besednih zvez.

  15. SLOVNIČNA PRAVILNOST • Besede morajo biti prav zapisane, • Stavki naj bodo pravilno tvorjeni, • Bolj zapletene strukture pomenijo več točk, • Besedilo naj bo logično sestavljeno, • Izbira slovničnih časov naj bo ustrezna besedilu
