This session explores the treatment of Grave’s Disease, specifically Grave’s Ophthalmopathy (Thyroid Eye Disease), using Radiation Therapy. The autoimmune inflammatory disorder affects the eye orbit, leading to symptoms like double vision, bulging eyes, and eyelid retraction. A case study of a 45-year-old female with Bilateral Proptosis and other symptoms is discussed. After receiving Radiation Therapy, there are improvements in proptosis control, reduced tearing, improved eye movement, and persistent mild diplopia. The question remains: is Radiation Therapy beneficial for Grave's Disease Ophthalmopathy?
