What does the TRT do? • Review and prioritize the wT backlog • Release 1 (done) • Release 2 (now to June, 2008) • Later (after Release 2) • Review wT “Call Tickets”. • Make recommendations to the TTF concerning the direction of wT. • Work with ITI as Subject Matter Experts in regard to agency business practices.

How Do We Do It? • Electronic Correspondence • E-mail • Groove File Sharing • Teleconferences • Weekly (Tuesday Morning) • Sprint Review (Morning of the last Business Day of the Month) • Sprint Planning (Afternoon of the last Business Day of the Month) • Extra Meetings (as needed) • Face-to-Face Meetings
