  1. High Performance Metal What Is Nickel : As Soon we hear or read this word “nickel” we might get an idea that it is a chemical substance. Well Nickel is chemical element and has symbol Ni. Along with symbol it’s atomic number is 28. Nickel has silvery-white colour. And of course it’s hard transition metal and is also ductile. It comes under group10 d-block and period-4 of the periodic table. Nickel is present and is found in the earth’s crust. Does nickel have alloys : Yes Nickle do have the alloys. One of the alloy is alloy 20. This alloy 20 is made of nickel-iron-chromium along with molybdenum and copper. Well Alloy 20 is used for making Alloy 20 Round Bars. Nickel 20 Alloy Round Bars is manufactured for corrosion resistance purpose. Nickel 20 Alloy is austenitic alloy. Nickel 20 Alloy Round Bars nickel content helps in chloride-iron stress and corrosion resistance. They are stress corrosion cracking. Use Of Nickel : Nickel is used in the production of stainless steel, alloys, in electroplating, alloy steel, foundries, rechargeable batteries etc. Nickel is also used in nickel brasses, alloys such as copper, chromium, aluminium, lead, cobalt.
