Physical Efficiency Test for RRB Group D 2020: For Male For Female Aspirants must be able to lift & carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres within 2 mins in a single chance and must be able to run 1000 metres in 5 mins and 40 seconds in a single chance. Aspirants must be able to lift & carry 35 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres within 2 mins in one chance and must be able to run 1000 metres in 4 mins and 15 seconds in single chance. Note: All the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) will be exempted from appearing for PET. Further, it is aspirants’ responsibility to ensure that they are medically fit enough to
