  8. DSA Closeout Building Panel Connection Upgrades: • DSA closeout letter received, project has been closed with Certification. • Project completed on time and within budget. • Evening and off-hours work, minimal impact to the Campus.

Design Update • Rio Hondo Parkway – Stamped by DSA, Submitted to LA County. • Applied Technology Renovation – Pre-Qualification Process. • Terraced Walks – Stamped by DSA. • Physical Education Complex – Submitted to DSA. • Administration of Justice – Submitted to DSA. • Student Services Building – Submitted to DSA. • South Whittier (STARS) – Submitted to DSA. • Santa Fe Springs Ph III – Submitted to DSA and City of Santa Fe Springs. • El Monte Center – Under Design. • Campus Quad Landscaping – Under Design.
