Kellogg Foundation, The ABC Initiative has identified the following objectives to advance the early care and education (ECE) field: • 1. Create and lead a national learning community • 2. Help build state infrastructures • 3. Develop an effective message strategy that lays the groundwork for a policy agenda • 4. Develop state and national policy agendas

Today’s Webinar • GOAL: For participants to come away with the information, resources and insight needed to determine if embarking on a tax policy strategy in your state is the right course to take • PRESENTERS: • Louise Stoney: Co-founder of the Alliance for Early Childhood Finance, and a partner in the Linking Economic Development and Child Care Project. • Amy Matsui: Senior Counsel at the National Women’s Law Center • Geoffrey Nagle: Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Tulane University School of Medicine and the Director of the Tulane Institute of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.
