Program Model Week 1 Week 2 Weeks 3-8 Leadership Sustainable Development Applied Projects Features • Taught by female, Peruvian professors • Journal reflections, group discussions, presentations, etc. • Field trips to local NGOs and hands-on volunteer days • Work in teams to design and implement projects in the participants’ own communities • Guidance from professional women throughout projects
