  1. Presentation to the Stoke Gabriel Parish Council Open Evening Affordable housing keeps villages like ours alive. It ensures young people can stay in their community, provides homes for people in key local jobs and addresses the impact of empty holiday homes on the vitality of the village as a whole.

  2. Welcome • 2 years & 4000 volunteer hours • Progress to provide 12 Affordable Community Homes on Duncannon Lane • In order to move forward we need to ask the Parish Council to formally vote to support our plans in principle. From this the planning process can start, where the PC will be consulted again.

  3. 400 X £1.00 Shares sold to more than 125 members locally.

  4. Homes England Grant Planning Costs £150-£200,000 Homes England Grant Infrastructure £200,000 S.106 monies £140,000 £40,000 on Each House!!
