Sect. 12A-2 – Accessible SW Requirements • Resurfacing is an alteration that triggers the requirement for curb ramps if it involves work on a street or roadway spanning from one intersection to another. If either of these two situations is determined to be maintenance, the agency administering the project must document the reasons for this determination.
