Review of Assessment Ratings and Comments Summaries of the committee’s feedback* on the assessments we have reviewed are posted around the room from two perspectives: Organized by assessment Organized by the 5 dimensions of our rubrics Circulate around the room and consider the information we have. What patterns do you see? What are the data telling us about each assessment? * Note: The mean ratings are based on variable numbers of people.

  7. DECISION MAKING PROTOCOL In order for the group to reach a decision on a recommendation, we will use the following protocol: •All committee members (including chair and facilitator) are voting members with equal weight in decision making. •Consensus is reached when 80% of the committee who are in attendance agree on a clear option and if a few oppose it, they think they have had a reasonable opportunity to influence that choice. All team members agree to support the decision.
