  2. At the start of 2nd Semester, skateboards and scooters will no longer be allowed on campus.  Students must leave these items at home beginning Monday, January 28th. 

  3. Clean Campus Classroom Program • After taking 5th period attendance, scheduled classes are escorted to the Back Quad by their teacher. Varsity 1/15-5:15pm @ San Diego High 1/18-7:30pm @ Morse 1/21-4:00pm vs Horizon 1/25-7:30pm vs Patrick Henry The Hoover boys' basketball team won a huge game Saturday night as junior guard Damonte Holiday hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to defeat state #16 ranked Compton 86-84 in double overtime.  Alexander chipped in 11 points.  The Cardinals now 17-3 and ranked #2 in San Diego Junior Varsity Freshman 1/15-3:30pm @ San Diego High 1/15-7:00pm @ San Diego High 1/18-5:15pm vs Morse 1/23-5:15pm @ Madison 1/23-3:30pm @ Madison 1/25-5:15pm @ Patrick Henry 1/25-4:00pm @ Patrick Henry fought back from 13 points down in the 3rd quarter and a 9-point deficit to start the 4th quarter by scoring 44 points in the 4th quarter and the overtime periods.  Holiday led Hoover with 27 points while junior guard Miles Nolen-Webb tossed in 23 points.  Junior Tyrone Johnson added 12 points and sophomore Jordan Alexander chipped in 11 points.
