This study recruited 84 community-dwelling individuals aged 60 and older from the Denver Metro area living independently or in assisted facilities. Participants underwent various exercise interventions including cardiovascular and resistance training, with gait and functional assessments. The study aimed to improve mobility and assess outcomes using a range of measures.
