  2. 4EObjectives • The 4E workprogrammepromotes government actions that encourage the use of energy efficient end-use equipment and systems. • The 4E provides a forum for member country delegates and invited stakeholders to: • Collect and analyse information, share expertise and pool resources; • Coordinate internationally acceptable approaches that promote energy efficient end-use equipment and systems; and • Develop greater understanding of policies and practices in the field of energy efficient end-use equipment and systems.
