  1. Greetings NEWS OF THE CHURCH FAMILY

  2. To you, O Lord, we lift up our souls. O God, in you we trust. Lead us in you truth, for you are the God of our salvation. Psalm 25

  3. “He Has Made Me Glad” CH 214

  4. “Holy, Holy, Holy” CH 3

  5. I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord: who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

  6. The Advent Wreath See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, But the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. (Isaiah 60.2-3)

  7. The Advent Wreath We light this candle as a symbol of Christ, our Hope. May the light sent from God shine in the darkness to show us the way of salvation. O come, O come Emmanuel.

  8. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

  9. “Great Is Thy Faithfulness” CH 139

  10. Offering

  11. Luke 15.20, 22-25, 31-32 But while [the younger son] was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.

  12. [T]he father said to his servants, “Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let's have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found. So they began to celebrate.

  13. The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. ... “My son,” the father said, “you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.”

  14. “Victory in Jesus” CH 353

  15. May the Spirit bind us together as we build this house of faith. One in heart and one in spirit may we grow. May we raise our voices in witness. May our lives reflect Thy grace. One in heart and one in spirit as we go, As we go.
