  2. CHEAP LAND • The land in the west is very cheap, only about 1.25 per acre. This is a big priority to own a couple of acres for farming.

  3. FARMERS JOY • In the west, the soil is very rich and good use for farming. They grew carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and corn. It is also very nice and there will be a lot of grass for relaxation and for kids to play.

  4. INCOMING INDIANS • There will also be very nice Indians who are willing to trade knives, clothing, bows, and arrows, cloth, and guns

  5. COME TO BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS!! • If you want to have better living conditions, you should come west for that too. With more Puritans coming to the eastern states, crowding is a problem.
