  2. Quick Little Fellows Or Chopsticks Explanation of project: In our fourth grade class this lesson was undertaken to explore with the students the importance of chopsticks to Asian culture and cuisine. We wanted the students to discover the etiquette and protocol involved in using chopsticks. We also wanted to raise questions in their minds such as, how this compares to our use or non use of eating utensils in the United States?
