Graduation Data • Measured by an increase in the percent of youth graduating from high school with a regular diploma on the (standard pathway) • Take students enrolled on 40th day and the number of students graduating at the end of the school year. • Students on a standard pathway / all 12th grade students with IEPs X 100 STARS Data Conference Cynthia Romero

Early Childhood Assessment • Measured by looking at students with IEPs compared to typically developing peers • First year to submit this through STARS • Entry data and Progress data are required STARS Data Conference Cynthia Romero
Business Rules • Administer a State approved assessment • Districts then convert the results into the Child Outcome Summary Form (COSF) • Then, the COSF ratings are converted into OSEP’s (A-E) ratings. • The (A-E) ratings are then entered into STARS STARS Data Conference Cynthia Romero
