  • Completion of snagging items GS-SE:
    • second layer of black top and finishing of façades → March 2014
    • test of ventilation doors → date to bedeteminedwith CV

Important reminder

Handoveris the stage where responsibility for the building is passed from the Contractor back to the Client. Importantly, the risk in the building passes back to CERN.
