Summary • The majority of respondents have children. • 34.6% had an annual income of less than $5,000. • At least 47.3% were putting off health, dental, or vision care. • More than half of the respondents (or someone else in their household) had diabetes. • 18.1% were receiving food due to a recent job loss. • 20.1% of respondents did not think that they were qualified for food stamps. • 30.3% of respondents were worried whether their food would run out before they got money to buy more. • 14.0% of respondents noted that their children had skipped some meals during the last 12 months.
