  1. Tanzania is one of the most bio-diverse regions in the African mainland. The northern region of the country is fringed with the Serengeti volcanic plains; the south is bordered with Selous’ riverine Miombo woodlands; Mahale’s mountainous forests capture the western region of the country; the eastern parts give a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean shorelines.

  2. The Northern Region of Tanzania The Volcanic Plains of Serengeti can be seen in the northern region of Tanzania. The main component of the Tanzanian Safari itinerary is Serengeti. A safari at the Serengeti National Park is surely exceptional as it is renowned for The Great Migration of two million grazers, and therefore home to the largest herds.

  3. The Southern Region of Tanzania The Miombo woodlands are located in the south of Tanzania. The Selous Game Reserve in the Miombo woodlands has been designated as a UNESCO world heritage site for its uninterrupted and diverse wildlife. Get a chance to discover the exclusive Nyerere National Park (part of the Selous Game Reserve)

  4. The Western Region of Tanzania The exceedingly remote and tricky access to Mahale’s mountainous forests captures the western part of Tanzania. Mahale is known as the best place for chimp safaris in the world. Mahale's National Park's iconic and breathtaking views are described as one of the most beautiful parks anywhere in Africa.

  5. The Eastern Region of Tanzania The Indian Ocean, which comprises many spectacular islands, is the world’s third-largest oceanic division. The Indian Ocean is famous for its marvelous scenery, turquoise waters, and unique clear beaches. It is considered one of the most tempting oceanic destinations on earth.
