Vertical Angles-Angles that are formed by two intersecting lines. They are across from each other and congruent. Adjacent Angles-Angles that share a common side, but no common interior points. They are next to each other. 130˚ 130˚ 125˚ 55˚
Angles and Parallel Lines • Alternate Interior- Angles found inside a pair of parallel lines and on opposite sides of the transversal. They are congruent. 130˚ 130˚
Corresponding- Angles that are found on the same side of the transversal in the same position on the other parallel line. They are congruent. 45˚ 45˚
