  3. Timeliness of contracts • Ensure timely preparation and submission of all contracts • Follow up as required

  4. Time input calendar • Print calendar • Email reminders will not be sent out • Time input is generally on Thursdays

  5. Communication • Keep the timekeeper in the loop • They should be aware of all employee changes

  6. Tips for time entry • No time entry needed for exempt OPS • Check leave balance in PHAHOUR • Enter one line at a time and hit F10 • Ensure that employees are in disposition 20 • Follow the tips and advice from Personnel and Payroll • Assure proper back up staff and training
