  4. Refrigeration • Clean Condensing Coils • Clean Evaporator Coil • Lubricate Fan Motors-Verify Operation • Clean Drain Lines • Check Doors and Gaskets • Check Hi/Low Pressure Switches • Check Defrost Timer • Tighten All Hinge and Latch Screws

  5. Deep Fryers • Clean Burners Natural & LP Gas • Clean Pilot Assembly • Clean Elements, Do Not Burn Off • Check Amp Draw • Check Gas Pressure,With All Gas Equip. In Full Operation • Check Drain Valve & Tighten As Needed. • Check for shortening leaks

  6. Self Contained Kettle • Inspect For Signs of Leaks • Check Water Level In Sight Glass • Vent (Burp) Kettle Per Mfg Instructions • Use Distilled Water Only When Filling Jacket • Check Pressure Gauge. (Gauge Needle Should Be In the Green Zone When Cold.) • Lubricate Trunnion Housing, Worm Screw & Tilt Gear. (Use White Lithium Grease.) • Check Safety Relief Valve

  7. Convection Ovens • Check Switches – Door, On/Off, & Cool Down • Check Door Chains & Lubricate (Graphite Oil) • Check Thermostat Calibration • Clean Dust From Blower Motors • Inspect Blower Wheel & Clean As Needed • Check Gas Pressure (Natural & Propane). • Check Amp Draw (Electric) • Gas Ovens - Do Not Place Sheet Pans on Oven Bottoms to Catch Spills.

  8. Steamers • Check Water Filtration System. Replace Cartridges As Needed. • Check Boiler Gaskets and Hoses for Leaks. • Open and Inspect Boiler for Scale Build Up • De-Scale As Needed. Recommended Twice Per Yr • Check Pressure Gauge for Proper Operation • Check Door Gaskets and Latches • Check Cold Water Condenser for Drain • Lubricate Hand Wheel Assy. Pressure Models

  9. Slicers • Clean and Lubricate All Moving Parts With Globe Slicer Oil • Check Knife for Sharpness • Check Power Cord and Safety Switches • Check Guards for Proper Clearance

  10. Floor Mixers • Clean and Lubricate Slides • Lubricate Bowl Support Arm and Elevator Screws (Use White Lithium Grease) • Check Oil Level in Gear Box • Check Electrical Cord • Check All Safety Switches • Inspect Beaters, Wire Whips and Mixing Bowls for Unusual Wear

Dish Machines • Check and Lubricate Conveyor Bearings and Drive Assy. • Check All Water Valves for Proper Operation • Check Tank Heaters and Amperage Draw • Check All Spray Arms and Clean Ports • Check & Adjust Conveyor Belt (Where Applicable) • Check Drain Assemblies and Levers • Clean & Check Curtains (Apply Food Grade Silicone)

  12. Garbage Disposer • Check for Proper Water Flow (Cold Water Only) • Check Turntable & Shredder Ring for Wear • Check Drain For Restrctions • To Clean, Apply Ice While Unit Is Running. Apply Baking Soda for Odors.

  13. Serving Lines • Check for All Elements Heating • Sanitize and De-Scale • Do Not Add Water if Units Boils Dry • When Starting Up Add Hot Water .Cover With Lid.

  14. Shortening Filter Machines • Check Pump Motor and Pump. Tighten Bolts As Needed • Check Power Cord • Check Switch • Check Oil Hose and Switch • Use Only OEM Filter Paper

  15. Warming/Proofing Cabinets • Check Heating Elements • Check & Calibrate Thermostats • Check Door Gaskets • Check & De-Scale Humidifier • Check Power Cord and Connectors • Check Hot Air Fan Intake for Restrictions

  16. Combi Ovens • Check Water Filtration System. Replace Cartridges As Needed. • Check Boiler Assembly & Probes, De-Scale As Needed (Do Not Use Products Containing Sulfuric Acid) • Check Door Gaskets for Wear • Check & Tighten Hinge and Latch Screws • Check & Calibrate Thermostats • Check All Steam Lines and Connectors for Leaks

  17. Hoods / Ventilation • Remove and Clean Filters, Replace if Needed • Check for Grease Build-Up In Ducts • Check & Adjust Exhaust Blower Belts • Check Motor Mount and Oil Motor • Check Shunt Trip Breakers. Test Annually.
