  3. What is Partners for Transit (P4T)? Who are we? Washtenaw Partners for Transit (P4T) is a coalition of community leaders, religious leaders, environmental activists, local professionals, business leaders, students, and motivated residents dedicated to the improvement of public transportation in the Washtenaw Urban Core. What is the Transit Campaign for the Urban Core? A campaign to improve and expand a transit authority in the Ann Arbor Area so that the more than 220,000 people living in the urban core---Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Ypsilanti Township, Saline, Pittsfield Township, are better connected!
