  2. There is no central application system for applicants without Australian  qualifications. But the links below might help answers some questions. Australia has 38 Universities. Here are links to two of them. Application deadlines vary from early December to mid May. A UK site with some useful advice & info about applying to Australia. The Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) processes applications for admission to college mainly located in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
