  3. LACCD Successes • Certified LEED Designer Requirement • Campus Wide Credits Pioneered • Enhanced User Awareness • 1st LEED / BREEAM Certification

  4. LACCD Successes • Furniture Procurement • Made from 100% Recyclable Material • 15 year fully unlimited warranty • “Piggybackable” by all public entities • Bulk Procurement • High Volume Fly Ash Concrete • Flooring

  8. LACCD – In Process • All LEED Projects will have “Green” informational displays • Sustainability Curriculum under development in response to Board policy • Trade Tech and Valley Colleges committed to going green • Curriculum, Operations, Maintenance, Purchasing, etc.
