Formally inform the staff, emphasizing it is their choice, but that the school will allow cell phone use for academic assignments. Inform the parents of the new policy (K. Rogers) Hire an Agent for Change (I am available) Find a core group of five or so teachers to volunteer to use cell phones and discuss their successes and failures . Revisit the issue after two years.
