  1. Click on “Faculty and Advisors”

  2. Click on “Student Information Menu”

  3. Click on “Advisee Listing”

  4. Select a Term. Usually, the default that is showing is the correct term. • Click “Submit”.

  5. From this screen, you can: • E-mail one advisee • E-mail all advisees • View the student’s alternate PIN for registration • View the student’s contact information • View holds • View test scores • Run an unofficial transcript and… • Run a CAPP (Degree Evaluation) Audit

  6. Review the student’s curriculum information. Make certain that it is up-to-date. • Choose to view previous evaluations or generate a new evaluation. (Note: running a new evaluation takes a minute or so to generate.)

  7. Note: If you chose to view a previous evaluation, you will skip this screen. • Select the program you wish to view (for students with multiple majors, there will be more than one choice). • Check the term. • Click “Generate Request”. • If you decide at this point to check for previous requests, click on “View Previous Evaluations”.

  8. The new audit has now been created. 99% of the time, just click “submit” to view the degree evaluation. If a student has “unused courses” that you need to investigate, this is where you will do that. Just click “Additional Information” and then click “submit”. If you need help with that screen, just call the Registrar’s Office.

  9. If you need assistance beyond this point… • Contact the Assistant Registrar for Degree Audit and Graduation. • Lynn Decker • (315) 792-3022 • ldecker[at]utica.edu (just substitute the @ sign).
