Super Users are a Crucial Link • Project Compass learning strategy largely relies on distance learning (web-based learning) • Good News – Flexible learning options (time, place) • Good News – Less need for trained classroom instructors • Bad News – Learners don’t have an opportunity to discuss what they’ve learned or ask questions • Super Users provide learners with a local expert to answer their questions • Over 175 Super User’s identified from the Super User survey! • Span most departments • Includes key employee “process owners” along with local volunteers 6/12/2009
