CUAUHTEMOC • CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN: • Un año de antigüedad en la compañía • Evaluación de desempeño mínimo de 80% • Libre de reportes de indisciplina • Asistencia y puntualidad perfecta • (últimos seis meses). • REQUISITOS: • Escolaridad: Ingeniería o Licenciatura cualquier opción. • Disponibilidad de Horario y para viajar. • EXPERIENCIA: • Ventas de refacciones, taller de servicio y /o ventas en general. • Maquinaria de construcción y componentes. • CONOCIMIENTOS: • Ventas, Cotizaciones, Negociación. • Partes y Maquinaria de construcción, industrial y/o agrícola. • Manejo de SIS, DBS, Excel y servicio al cliente. • Reportes de Inspección. • COMPETENCIAS: • Efectividad en el trabajo, iniciativa, enfocado a resultados, trabajo en equipo, mejora continua.
