Being a good leader means that you: • Listen to other people and take their views seriously • Do not just speak for yourself • Stand up for what you believe in • Involve others in making the decisions • Inspire other people to do good things • Are not just in it for the power • Remember that we all have different skills • Do not go on about how great you are • Do not expect other people to say how great you are! May the force be with you!
