  2. Why an Office of the CIO? To align the strategic initiatives of ITServices at Queen’s. …but, what does that mean?

  3. Well, just what do we do here? …how do we also do this? If we’re doing all of this…

  4. How can we let the “IT people” focus on the IT work? Create an Office of the CIO that focuses on much of the strategic work that needs to take place to make an IT unit successful.
