Facts • Increasing amount of time playing • Boys – 13 hours per week • Girls – 5 hours per week • “Half of the violent incidents would result in serious injuries or death in the "real" world.” (Children and Violent Video Games) • Out of 2,000 8 to 18 years-old children (Generation M), • 12% – play video games they know their parents don't want them playing • 17% – parents check ratings of the games
