  4. Action Item • Action db-21-001: • SIG Chair to post an item to the Database mailing list giving the status of proposal prop-019-v001 and asking for community input on whether to close the proposal or continue with it.

  5. Observations • There are no policy proposals in the previous two meetings • The mailing-list is quiet • There are new ideas
