  5. #EasyInfo Background • The Easy Read zone has been created in conjunction with NHS 24 and the Scottish Consortium for Learning Disability • The aim of the project was to deliver a central resource of easy read and accessible information for people with learning disabilities • The project has been developed with input from end users and subject matter specialists

  6. #EasyInfo Trailblazing • There are very few sites which currently offer easy read content in a web format • Many sites offer access to easy read PDF’s • This area of the NHS inform platform is delivering accessible information in a way that hasn’t been explored before • This service changes the way people with learning disabilities can access health information in Scotland
