New York Market Center News230 Fifth Avenue In preparation of the upcoming show, Building Management is asking all Tenants to cooperate in keeping the building running smoothly. • No boxes are to be left in the hallways. If you are expecting deliveries and no one is scheduled to be in your showroom, please notify the building office, giving us permission to give the carrier a key to your showroom. If boxes are left in the hallway for more than two days, the building staff will bring them into your showroom and you will be charged $50.00. We will not be permitted to store any deliveries. • We ask that when disposing of any bulk garbage, such as furniture or heavy boxes, all tenants must contact the Superintendent at (212) 545-5221 to request a container and you will be charged accordingly. These items are not to be left in the hallway or the garbage rooms. All large cardboard boxes must be flattened and disposed of in the garbage room.

New York Market Center News230 Fifth Avenue In preparation of the upcoming show, Building Management is asking all Tenants to cooperate in keeping the building running smoothly. • If you require freight service before or after hours, please call the building office; there is a $100.00 charge per hour with a four (4) hour minimum. During regular freight hours (8am-5:30pm), it is on a first come, first serve basis. • Absolutely no large boxes or oversized packages and luggage carts will be allowed in the passenger elevators; our staff will instruct you to the freight elevator on 27th Street. • There will be a $5.00 replacement key for all showrooms. If you forget your key and wish us to open up your showroom, you must wait until building staff is available. A set of ladies and men’s room keys will be given at no charge, any additional restroom keys are charged at $5.00 per key.

If you forget your key and wish us to open up your showroom, you must wait until building staff is available. A set of ladies and men’s room keys will be given at no charge, any additional restroom keys are charged at $5.00 per key. • Any tenant requesting special cleaning services for their showroom, please call the building office and we will provide you with contacts. • Please make arrangements to have your store fronts and windows cleaned for the show in order to present a clean and inviting atmosphere for your buyers. • Vouchers will be given out to buyers and visitors only to present to the Naturally Tasty Cafe for free breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.
