  2. God’s Invitation • God invites us to become involved with Him in His work.

  3. 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 Verse 17 “in Christ” • Belonging to Christ is living in the power of Christ’s power • Being in Christ should bring about a change in life

  4. 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 Verse 17 “new creation has come” • There is a new way to live • Galatians 2:20

  5. 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 Verse 17 “old has gone” • Value system has changed • Dead to sin and alive to Christ

  6. 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 Verse 17 “new is here” • Delivered from sin’s consequences and power • Reconciled to God

  7. 2 Corinthians 5:17-20 Verse 18 • God initiates all of this • Not only did God reconcile us in Christ, but God also gives us the same ministry of reconciliation
