  1. How to overcome anxiety fears The symbolic meaning of anxiety is the feeling of worry or fear of something. It could be about anything starting from a person, a job, relation, one’s future, and even expectations. It is when this emotion becomes too intense and starts making you feel tensed in most situations.   2. Dealing with anxiety fears When you are anxious about something, the most basic emotions you run into are fear & worry/tension. Tension is a word we all have used for some time, which makes it clear that anxiety fear is a thing we all face in our lives. Hence it is essential that we take good care of ourselves and make sure we face it better First, I’ll tour you through the conventional ways we could beat stress, then I’ll give you some quirky ideas to keep yourself upbeat.

  3. Exercise Exercise is universally known to help improve physical health and stay fit. But exercising has the same significant effect on mental health too. Exercising activities helps to release happy hormones and reduce pains, thereby bursting stress levels. So book yourself a daily minimum of 20 minutes of exercising activity.

But for that, you’ve to stay dedicated to what you pick, but when you keep going on it, you’ll get rewarded with the sense of achievement.

  6. Meditation This one sounds boring for active-minded ones. But 30 minutes a day won’t be so much of a pain. Just try it once, start with 3-4 basic yoga positions and do them on a regular basis. The proper breathing & stretching that it’ll provide will make you feel a lot of light and happy.

  7. Sleep This is the most neglected one from our lives; we do not give much importance to our sleep. But a proper sleep is essential to a healthy state of mind. Lack of sleep leads to irritation, frustration, uneasy feeling, etc. So give your sleep value, make sure you put down the blue screen at least an hour before you go to bed and, set yourself a proper and healthy sleep routine.
